RecommendedMy family and I Love Big Billy's Burger Joint! We met the owner a couple weeks ago ,he is awesome! He came in again tonight when we were eating! We will definitely be enjoying lunch/ dinner often!!!!

Amazing service and equally amazing food. Everyone I interacted with was fantastic and provided excellent service however, the one that helped me the most was Tyler. Tyler walked me through the menu and helped guide my choices for one of the best burgers that I have had in the southeast. Definitely a must try. If you stop by, ask for Tyler, he sets the standard for customer service.

seemed like our waiter was new and had no clue what he was doing. Thanks to the other two girls for acknowledging that I was getting irritated and taking our order. For a burger joint my family and I had higher expectations. The burgers were mediocre the fries were mush and the homemade ketchup was nasty. Seemed like it was a very disorganized place. Worst $60 I ever spent. Wendy's would have been better.

The food was pretty good, but I’m not sure about the service. I don’t know if we were there on an understaffed night or what, but on the night we ate here service was pretty rough.

I have eaten at Big Billy's probably 5 or 6 times now and they have never missed a beat. The food is fairly priced and the service is excellent. Servers Tyler, Jenn, chance and mary are great!! Cecil and Keem have both cooked me burgers and they are some of the best I've ever had!!! I've never spoken to management but whenever I'm in there they are close by making sure everything is running smoothly.
