RecommendedPlace has potential but must have had an off night. Walked in to place mostly empty, only 3 tables occupied. No one at the front hostess stand but was greeted after a few minutes by the manager who said I’ll be with you in a minute. She proceeded to tap away at the tablet in front of her for several “LONG” minutes all while we awkwardly stood there waiting to be seated. Did I mention the place was pretty empty. great menu! Offers more than just burgers. Build your burger has options I have not seen which means your burger may only make sense to you which is awesome!

CHECK YOUR LETTUCE BEFORE EATING!! Co-workers and I just finished lunch at Big Billy’s. One coworker order a burger with lettuce on it. Once the burger arrived she looked at her lettuce and it was FILTHY!! We noted the waitress and she took the lettuce “to the back”. Waitress returns and asks if she would like a new piece of lettuce. Coworker politely declines. Checks were then brought to the table and no compensation at all. Coworker asks was the manager notified? Waitress says yes... returns with taking $6 off of her bill.... read more
Some of the best sandwiches in town, and even the appetizers are large and very good. we have not been dissapointed here yet and the waiter was also really nice!
