Best pulled pork I've ever had- the ribs were excellent - very flavorful rub - really didn't need sauce although the sauces are outstanding. One of the best pecan pies - not too be missed. The brisket was a standout!
Went here for lunch today and it was EXCELLENT!! The brisket was tender and juicy.....will be returning soon.
Stopped by to see Ben last week and picked up a combo of brisket (fatty in all the best ways!) and pork shoulder. For sure some of the best bbq I have had in Stl and on par with Que in memphis, KC, Little Rock and DFW area. Great job Ben Welch!!! I could tell by the pit that you use that your bbq would have serious character, flavor and textures. Simple things that can be hard to find in alot of Stl bbq these days. Keep your passion going, it will pay off in the end.

Excellent BBQ right in the neighborhood! I've had the brisket (platter), pulled pork (sandwich), mac n cheese, and baked beans. All have been fantastic. Brisket was tender and perfectly seasoned, and the same goes for the pulled pork. Check this place out!
