Brisket is the best. So tender. Love the father son duo working together.
Eating the pastrami right now and it is the best I've ever had.
Finally made it in to see what all the hype was about! I must say I will be a regular customer! We ordered the 2 meat plate, brisket and turkey! Kellen loved the sauce with the horseradish and the turkey! The collard greens and mac & cheese were delicious! Definitely recommend this place! Got to meet Benny and Ben! Look forward to going back soon!

A coworker and I came by the restaurant today after reading the feature in Sauce Magazine. St. Louis is host to a few great BBQ spots and this is ABSOLUTELY one of them! The brisket is phenomenal and the complimenting sides are just as fantastic.
I've tried just about everything on the menu! The meats are EXCELLENT and they put it on everything including baked potatoes and nachos... And the servings are massive. My absolute favorite thing on the menu is the banana pudding... They smoke the bananas and the pudding is from scratch... I've NEVER eaten anybody's banana pudding other than my momma's and when I tell you that it tastes like hers... MAN!! And it's even better frozen!!

Highly recommend smoked wings, brisket, and beef rib. The Alabama white sauce is pretty good too. Great overall experience. The Grothoff family will be returning very soon!
Wonder food! Saw many great reviews. Recently saw an article in Feast Mag..the reviews don't lie. The owners are beautiful people. Love this place.
