Their brisket is some of the best I have had. Moist, tender and full of flavor! They recommend the Alabama white bbq sauce with it, and the flavors work great together, since the sauce has a hint of horseradish to it. Don't know if I will ever order anything else!!!
Excellent food. Great friendly staff. The pastrami is the best in the st. Louis area. And the brisket melts in your mouth. And I am not lying.

The BBQ at Big Baby Q is ridiculous. These guys know their stuff, and are very friendly. I love having lunch here! Don't sleep on the desserts, which are also very good. Now I'm just waiting for them to be open on Saturday so I can get my weekend fix!
