Avoid this company! I called several time to stop the service as my business closed and they keep charge you for another 5 months and don’t want to terminate the services, refuse to issue credit. They have been empty “empty bin” for 5 months.
Awful. Avoid this “company.” They are unresponsive and unreliable. Charge you for collections that they don’t collect. They basically scam you. Taking every chance they can to charge you for a service they barely provide. The amount of time and money wasted on Biffa is a complete nightmare. Do not use. Business waste will give you a better solution. Biffa just took on 3 more companies this year and are already incapable of looking after existing customers . In this case I would give less than 0 stars
