By far the worst waste collection service I have ever had the misfortune to use for my business waste. I own a cafe in the towncentre and have been with them for 5mths, during this time I have had 2mths of non collection, several failed site clearances, been lied to and had nothing but pathetic excuses like they haven't got a key which is lies as they have 2 key's to the back gate, also been charged for all collections every month and charged for wasted journies when they have key's to access the gate.
