Zero stars if I could What an absolute incompetent company. Still no business bin removal since July. Will be changing companies as soon as this bin has been emptied
They keep missing bin Removels. Not emptying them on designated day then when u call them they make u wait for over half hour then fob u off with some excuse. I’m currently waiting on a call from some1 who should be emptying my bins. But nothing. My bins were due emptying on Tuesday morning, the lady on the phone tried telling me they’d be emptied next Tuesday, when I told her I had nowhere to put my full weeks rubbish, she said some1 will call u and tell u when he’s coming. I’ve heard nothing
Always a problem. Completely inadequate and incompetent.
Very wasteful company never fufil their promise. Not recommended.
They were supposed to collect bins from Alum Community centre but didn’t show up Pathetic service
