Always a problem. Completely inadequate
Worst company Fraudulent and liars OMG after 5 years they get in touch, cost me hundreds of pounds in missed collections I was charged for, photographic evidence of drivers taking pictures of next door property saying our bins weren't out, still no recourse, so up and left DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Initial review 1 star - Drivers can't be bothered to collect bins and make silly excuses as to why they didn't collect. Customer services is terrible. Over priced and with poor service. I dont know why I put up with it for so long! If they don't collect the bin I have had full now for 6 weeks... it's going on a pallet back to the nearest depot!
