This is worst waste management company in Manchester. Alot of their big trucks take over half of the parking space in Longsight Asda , they have literally no clue how to park Thier trucks , the workers they have are uneducated idiots who stop people reversing their cars out to get out of the car park.

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE TO COLLECT WASTE. They send you emails saying cannot access waste due to vehicles and it’s your responsibility to make sure they have access. The vehicle was no where near my property infact a street away. They then said the driver couldn’t get the wagon past (council drivers do) been waiting for 5 call backs with complaints raised never had a single call back. Been with Biffa for over 5 years. Brilliant service. Clearly as with any business there are hiccups, nothing a phone call to the account manager Scott Tingey can't resolve. Thank you so much for your support.

All in all good service, great account manager - very helpful! There are some days where missed collections occur but i suppose every company has a few issues
