Awful company, have a skip meant to be emptied every 2weeks, so unreliable it's unreal, call them,they say they will call back,never once have! Honestly just useless!

If you're about to use Biffa, think very hard about it because the terms and methods they employ to end a contract are draconian and unforgiving. Along with several other ex-customers who have vented similar views, we were charged 3 months' rental to end our contract (or £311 plus VAT) early exit after informing them our business was closing. poor service pay for bins to be emptied bit dont show up!!Theu quick to bill you they pick up rubbish but their service is rubbish!! def wouldnt reccommend ring customer service anfs they throb you off
