I have had a terrible experience with Biffa. Their service is unreliable, and it’s clear that their drivers don’t care about providing a professional service. I’ve had multiple issues with missed collections, late arrivals, and poor customer service. What makes it even worse is that if you want to cancel your contract, they require a three-month notice period, which feels unreasonable and unfair, especially given their lack of reliability.
