I am a business owner so I rely on Biffa to collect my various waste and handle it efficiently. In my dealings with them they have been very good across all areas. The drivers and collectors are very friendly and go out of their way to help, there's never any spilled waste. For minor things I've contacted Craig Moore who is extremely responsive and fast in dealing with things. We've used Biffa for a few years at Bible Society here in Swindon. Following a competitive tendering exercise, they remained the best value option. Criag, our local account manager, has been particularly helpful in further reducing our costs, and also assisting with additional waste clearance following an office overhaul.
