Stay away from this company. Stick to the council waste collection. They will have a sales person sell you the dream. Before you know it you will have extra charges on your bill which you were never told about. They automatically renew your contract without telling you, then they say that you can't leave until this contract is finished and you have a few months before which you can only leave a notice. If you are a buisness looking for a bin company then please take my advise and do not use biffa. We have had nothing but problems with them since day one. Not setting up our direct debit after giving it to them 3 times. Taking 4 weeks to get the bin emptied on the first collection. Drivers not turning up then drivers turning up on the wrong day and refusing to take the bin from our carpark through our gate. The staff are rude and not helpful at all.
