Disgusting company. We are a food service and pay them £500 a month. They have done 1 collection in the last 3 weeks. Called everyday for 3 weeks. Drivers just don't do their job. Customer service don't try to resolve it. Do not use biffa for waste management.

Honestly one of the worst. A little bit of traffic and they don't come. It's been a week since they last collected and we pay £500 a month. They over charged us for a year. They make excuses so another week on and they didn't collect again. As a company that relies on rubbish collection for their business to run we are extremely disappointed. Customer service don't do anything.

Biffa is unreliable for waste clearance for your business. Just DON'T do it to yourself, use anyone else. Must have missed at least 25% of collections this year... no matter what we try and change, add more collection days , extra bins, we're always left in problems because of a failed service. They're terrible and will happily try anyone else. Their drivers always complain they're doing too much on their routes and that we should complain... which we have been almost weekly, who has time for that!!??

Absolutly useless. In the same road as Biffa. They constantly lie about colelcting waste and miss collections. Avoid at all costs
