Very poor service. I get my bins collected every week. Collection is usually Wednesday. Sometimes they turn up Tuesday or Thursday which is OK. What is not OK that when they don't collect they don't even call you to tell you reason or anything. This week my bins have not been collected. I called them and they said driver is sick so short staffed. That should not be an excuse. I'm paying for a collection and your not collecting. Worst company I have ever come across. Do not use them. Worst service , Worst customer service. I am actually surprised other companies ( who use their service and work as their broker )have better reviews on Google than them. I have been charged for closure for account without notification. Please do not use this company. Avoid
