They take money out of your account when ever they want and they take how much they want. My direct debit suppose to be out of my account on 24 of every month. Some month they took it on 21st .some month 28th and 25 and so on. It should have been 48 pounds and they take 170 one time. And when I spoke to them they said it was a mistake and they will credit me for they coming months. I needed my money then not credit. Then again . 54 pounds .
