I honestly dont even give this company even one star ... customer service is ridiculous after cancelling my account in september they have took it upon themselves to today take £205 out of my bank for 50 bin bags that have been sent back to them and was assured my account is closed i will not be paying the invoice as i havent used any services from them at all and would likely have to pay £25 admin fee for cancelling which my "account manager" never contacted me since cancelling and to take the admin fee so now i am left £20... read more
