Appalling - do not use unless you want to waste time and resources! Appalling, 6 weeks we waited to get a bin after numerous calls to customer services at 30-40 minute wait times to have bin deliveries rescheduled last minute on a number of occasions. The day the driver finally come to deliver the bin didn't even ring the bell or come to the door, just marked as unsuitable but customer services agreed it was suitable and the fiver hadn't bothered to deliver because it was a Friday.
