Used this company for a few years now with no issues. Recently had a problem with pricing however one phone call with Amy (Business Improvement Manager) and everything was sorted including an explanation of why the problem happened and how to address it should there be a similar problem in the future.

Incompetent & lazy so called workers,that are more interested in talking on mobile phones while “emptying” dumpsters,then never put them back in the specified area,NEVER lock the lids and so,being open to the public who will throw anything in,BIFFA have the audacity to complain that the customers aren’t dividing recycling from general waste.Wheels are never locked so always in danger and,having seen on many occasions,rolling away. Absolute JOKE of a firm who do not respond to requests to pick up containers, been chasing for 6 weeks to have bins collected from a commercial site. Seem to do nothing, BIFFA are the WORST COMMERCIAL WASTE PROVIDERS anyone could have the misfortune to deal with.
