Bins being collected at 5:20 in the morning waking our whole house up 4 times a week. I’ve emailed & called the company. Had no response. They come down a residential street and wake us up. Biffa doesn’t bother to reply to our email.

14th April 2025: We ordered 2 x wheelie bins with BIFFA on 18th March, told on the portal that delivery of them would be 10th April. I called up on 10th April and they assured me the bins would be delivered between 14:00 & 15:00 as the drivers round normally ends by then. Bins did not arrive. Called on 11th April to ask what was happening, to be told we would get a call back. Did we? NO. Called again 14th April to 'Customer Services' to be told bins wont be delivered till 17th April now as they never had the bins to deliver ... read more
