Terrible experience in the last 2 months, complete incompetence and such a poor customer experience. Their drivers are rude unhelpfull and have poor hygiene. Support staff no better poor all round do not use as a comercial cutomer if you value your sanity. AVOID AT ALL COSTS ALL THE 1 STAR REVIEWS ARE A CLUE
Same as anyone else. Never collected since the day account open. Kept calling. They say it has been collected. Gave instructions of the location multiple times. Still no collection. Terrible service.
The worst company I have ever dealt with. They DO NOT collect the bins unless you call them. I have biweekly collections and this year I have already called them 8 times because they missed my collections. If I don't call, they do not show up and do not give you your money back. Now I have requested to cancel the contract it turns out that I can not do so just because they aren't fulfilling their contractual obligation and if I do cancell it I will still have to pay them for the services they would have (not) provided for th... read more
