Biffa aren't picking up their bin that is on a residential property that didn't order their bin for over 2 months - all complaints and repeated requests for removal have been ignored with empty promises of removal to at least 3 residents who have called customer services and told West Waste depot will pick it up 'within a week' this is since 4th April - dread to think how gross that rubbish is in there. @Biffa - I have called 4 times, I have emailed your services I have emailed a staff member - you have done nothing includin... read more
