Used for our business waste. Don't collect on specified days. Attempt to collect on Saturday's or out of business hours from a business address then charge for missed collections. Don't respond to multiple emails.. Really poor service. Avoid. People next door have a Biffa red bin in threeshires oak rd Bearwood that is overflowing in to the street I have picked the stuff up and put it back in the bin ITS BEEN THERE FOR A WEEK NOW NOT A SIGN OF BEING EMPTIED …. Not a very good advertisement for the company is it …. I have tried phoning but it would probably be easier to contact Herman Goring
Worst company ever , don't give them contracts, they don't come to collect the bin just say miss it
Absolutely awful service from Biffa, my bin never gets collected on the agreed date, I am supposed to have my bin collected every 2 weeks and this is the second time it has failed to be collected, I get notifications by email to say it has been collected and its still there full of waste
Always a problem. Completely incompetent. Right down from the very top.
