Absolutely gob smocked at how awful our service has been as a new customer, make sure you order a bin atleast 2 months in advance of when you need it as they will cancel and try Reschedule atleast 3-4 times, not contact you back when they promise, take hours to get through to anyone to even help, should have listened when everyone told our company to AVOID. They will come up with several lies/excuses to why its not delivered on the set date (i spoke to 3 different people 1 day who both told me 2 different reasons…) disgustin... read more

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service provided by BIFA Waste Services. As a paying customer, I expected reliability, professionalism, and clear communication — unfortunately, I have experienced none of these. Despite numerous attempts to resolve recurring issues, we continue to face inconsistent collections, missed pickups without notice, and a complete lack of accountability.
