Oh my god . Where to start with this awful set up . We tried to cancel our annual subscription,but couldn't get any response on the phone for nearly 3 weeks Finally having stopped the direct debit,we received an email confirming cancellation and informing us that it would be £12 for them to pick up the green bin!! OK but then two men arrived one morning in a Biffa open lorry without any notice!! Terrible company, don’t a knowledge their own terms, don’t collect the bin, still charge for the service. I would not recommend anyone to use the green waste service. You’d spend less time putting it in a wheel barrow and walking it to the tip even if it’s 10 miles away compared to the amount of time spent emailing and calling Biffa (they never pick up the phone).

I've emailed Biffa and offered a Direct Debit although I don't like them myself, but I need a green bin desperately bad as I cut the council grass as I make a better job of it..admittedly there were issues previously that involved DWP but less said. Biffa don't answer phones or messages and for emails that as well. So BIFFA ANSWER THIS ONE

Forgot/missed to collect my bin and claimed the bin wasn't out. I asked for a rough time frame they visited as I have a door bell camera and could prove they never came. Was told they won't give me a timeframe and they won't come back to collect it

Terrible customer service. Takes far to long to answer the phone if they do at all. Arrogant attitude from staff over the phone who fail to do anything whatsoever to help or aid you in any way. They fail to apologise for not collecting the green bin for the past four months. Apparently it's the customers fault if it's not collected! No offer of a refund.
