If one of your drivers is going to come onto my property to photograph and take things then at least tell them not to do it in a massive red lorry with your company name on the side, right under the cctv.
Absolutely joke company never take our waste on time , then give us later dates they don’t fulfil, and expect us to have room to store overdue collections for a week at a time, put the phone down on me when I try to complain. Do not use this company
Keep missing my collection. When I call they tell me they are short staffed. Wouldn't mind so much if they called to let us know.
