Extremely bad service. Can’t contact them directly. Very hands on when they want to sign you up but issues after issue. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR YOUR BUSINESS. You’ll only have anything but issues with them.
No direct line to accounts dept- Bad service My colleague was contacted by customer service last Thursday regarding the complaint I made on social media about an unpaid invoice that is 74 days overdue. It seems that there is no direct line to contact the accounts department. He assured us that he would escalate our issue to the department, but we have yet to receive any further communication to resolve the matter. Despite our efforts to resolve the issue, we have not received satisfactory results.

Brilliant service slways can't understand negative reviews 3 years of Brilliant service from biffa at Lincoln depot staff helpful etc thank you biffa keep up the good work! Would recommend to anyone never let us down never encountered a rude member of staff they have always gone above and beyond to help us
Honestly the worst service ever! The staff complain all the time, and are rude and abrupt and the removal is regularly missed. I'd give zero stars if I could.
