Very poor and unreliable service. My green bin — clearly marked with a sticker — has been repeatedly missed, while Biffa collects my neighbour’s bin instead. Despite raising this issue multiple times and calling customer service on several occasions, nothing has changed. I’ve had to chase them repeatedly just to get my bin collected. As a business owner, this has caused serious problems and complaints from neighbours. Extremely disappointed with the lack of attention and consistency.

Told me could take over contract of previous owners, rung up to ask when be emptied and how id set up payment for them to try get me sign a new contract at 50% more, i explained had in writing and even previous contract but still proceeded to say it is taking over a contract and isn't 50% more. Maybe he was shocking at maths and not a thieve as my 7 year old can tell you £60 is 50% more than £40? Really struggle with regular collections for our business Yesterday we sent 2 emails - no one replied called twice & held on for 30 minutes yesterday & today with no answer What is happening to your service Really dissapointing
