Worst company never recommend to anyone They charge for service not do missed collection for six weeks when call them they says it show on system been collected 👎🏻👎🏻
Twice now travelling to work on a deserted road a Biffa bin lorry has pulled out on me and slowed me down when we are the only two vehicles on the road at 5 in the morning! Less Biffa more Biff Boffs!
Being billed for services we didn't request nor needed. Didn't log a cancellation of a collection resulting in no collection an being charged for it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
