AVOID AT ALL COST! Used Biffa for the past three years for commercial waste collections, have spent more time of the phone complaining than ever before this year. Bins not delivered on time, collections abandoned but logged as collected, bins taken but still been coming to collect and being charged for wasted journey. Icing on the cake lorry hit car on my drive, lots of evidence but refusing to take responsibility for damage caused meaning loss in money for a business on our premises and extra stress caused to the owner!!
This company DOES NOT COLLECT RUBBISH AT ALL !!! They constantly miss a collection!!! Nobody answers the phone!!! They are USELESS !!! I had SUEZ before and they missed 1 collection in 3 year time!!! This is WORST waste management company that I have ever had!!!
If there was a minus star I would give this for sure - BIFFA are the worse refuse company, don't even think about trying to cancel your contract at the end of the agreed period and even if you do they still charge you for collections they've not done. Don't get me started on trying get them to collect their bins - they are a disgrace - go to VIRIDOR
