★☆☆☆☆ Terrible service – avoid this company We’ve been paying BIFFA monthly, but the bins are constantly not emptied. They log these missed collections as “wasted journeys” with zero explanation or evidence why they couldn’t do their job. When you try to get help, the staff are rude and uncooperative. Instead of fixing issues, they cancel your account and still take money in advance. Feels like a scam. Don’t be fooled by their advertising — the service is unreliable and the customer support is a joke. Avoid

Biffa Dear Sir/Madam I am requesting the following situation to be resolved urgently. I had a collection booked for 19th June , it was not collected and so I called the following day and was told that it would be collected that day, but yet again it wasn't this carried on with me calling each working day and being told it would be collected but it was not collected at anytime in June, but I was charged for a collection. This is worst waste management company in Manchester. Alot of their big trucks take over half of the parking space in Longsight Asda , they have literally no clue how to park Thier trucks , the workers they have are uneducated idiots who stop people reversing their cars out to get out of the car park. They park the big trucks like they are all gang members. 3 big trucks taking over half the car park.
