Absolute shambles. You tell them your opening hours and date you want collections but they always try to come when you're closed, inconsistent service and an absolute of a company. Avoid!
I would recommend biffa today I was in silverburn in Pollok and the boys emptying the bins singing made my day it was nice to see we need more amazing people like this because and smiling a smile and song go along way to help someone mental health and use biffa
Do not go with Biffa - you be having lots of problems- they charge you £1000 to leave even if they don’t pick up your waste and you not happy with them service. Customer service doesn’t exist, and you will end up getting threatening letters from them solicitor even the service was bad and reason of leaving them because of bad service doesn’t matter because they are massive they can do whatever they want and untouchable! Go with local small business which actually care !
