Absolutely brilliant to deal with, a breath of fresh air after years of dealing with Scotwaste who were extremely rude, arrogant disorganised and unreliable. Biffa have never let my business down once, always arrive when they say they will, staff are very friendly and professional and they have really good pricing for the services they offer.
