Disgusting company. We are a food service and pay them £500 a month. They have done 1 collection in the last 3 weeks. Called everyday for 3 weeks. Drivers just don't do their job. Customer service don't try to resolve it. Do not use biffa for waste management.
Very poor service. We’re based in Essex and our bin hasn’t been collected for over 2 months despite calling repeatedly. Waste is overflowing and creating a health hazard. Completely unacceptable.
