I’ve had enough of Biffa’s completely useless service. It’s been over two weeks since I ordered my bin, and they still haven’t delivered it. Their excuse? “The driver was stuck in traffic.” For two whole weeks? Are you serious? That’s the most pathetic and lazy excuse I’ve ever heard from a supposedly professional company. My mother whom owned two salons in Houghton Regis, had prepaid Biffa in Oct 2023 (for 23-24 - 50 collections), and in Oct 2024 (for 24-25 - 50 collections. My Mother passed away on the 3rd December 2024. The salons notified me on the 21st December 2024 that Biffa had not collected the waste. Biffa's last collection was on the 13th of December 2024.
