🚨 Absolutely disgraceful company — avoid Biffa at all costs! Biffa is by far the worst waste management company I have ever dealt with. For THREE MONTHS STRAIGHT they have taken my money, happily sending invoices which I’ve paid on time, yet they completely fail to collect my rubbish. My bins are overflowing, my property looks like a dumping ground, and they simply do not care. Next to a company that I successfully sued & were actual crooks, Biffa are the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. My commercial waste has not been collected for several weeks although they have been paid in full, on time every month. They promise the world & deliver nothing! Now they are just not communicating at all but guess what, they've sent me an invoice for not emptying my waste this month! Absolute joke of a company. Avoid like the plague!
