I have assisted collection. The black bags were taken out of my Bin and left on the side. This was Thursday. Also didn't pick my food waste up. I rang Friday - 4 times - it's a call centre and emailed. They collected the food waste and threw the bin blocking the path. I am disabled. I rang again today - nothing. The bags will be torn apart soon. I am thinking of getting intouch withthe environment to report fly tipping. That's what it is!!

The worst collection service ever !!! For the last 4 weeks they’ve not collected our recycling on the day , had to phone several times to have it collected , days later !!!

It's like biffa doesn't have a brain. You have woke our guests up on park countless times. You are not permitted to enter our site until 8.30. But here I am again at 5 am awake because you can't seem to get a simple message. I've been polite, I've spoke to drivers. Head office has been contacted countless times. Worst company possible service it's terrible. Not a brain in the whole company. If you can find someone else to collect bins if would use them as this company are useless in every way.
