This depot must be one of the worst managed in the UK. Messages relayed from the customer to biffa customer services and then to the depot are never actioned. They are a "box ticking' depot and have no focus on customer service. Appauling. Yet another 'great' non collection 'service' by the Chelmsford team (8/10/25)...despite me being here and having received no response to the previous non collection service email i sent in September.
Drive like maniacs on the road and country lanes
Very bad attitude from drivers, not use anymore the service for this company. Better to use Council waste recycling.
Utterly incompetent and badly managed site.
