rubbish service, cannot wait to take my business elsewhere since taking up their services September 2022 every week its something or another. have to keep chasing them to collect our bins if your in Cardiff look elsewhere .
Really disappointed that when the lorry broke the our waste bin it wasn't replaced for over a week leaving us in the lurch. Last week our food waste collection which is normally taken at 5am was not done even though the weather warning was not in place for several hours later in Cardiff and actually didn't impact until 8 hours later. We were not informed and with no apology and no a plan to get an emergency collection.
