Absolute joke of a company, so incompetent it's almost laughable!! Have to call every week as they miss collections despite knowing our site access times. Very easy to see why they have a one star rating!! Never get the promised call back or a response to complaint emails. Wish I could run our company and get away with it the way they do! We are now seeking legal action and reporting to trading standards for breach of contract. AVOID BIFFA AT ALL COSTS!!!
