Banging and crashing and we live in residential area. What are they doing empting the bins at 4.38 am!!! Horrible way to be woken up. Give them 0 stars if I could. We've complained before, why isn't something done about it. It's the Wintons Fisheries one. Just sort it out pleeeeeease.

Terrible service from this depot, must be serious issues as they keep missing services or saying trucks are broken Photo 1 is from Monday which was missed then rebooked for Wednesday never showed up, got told Friday and rebooked again Photo 2. It's definitely only this depot as our other waste from another site is collected from marchwood and they are brilliant

I ordered an exchange skip four weeks ago and they took 3 weeks to carry out my request, with constant scheduled exchanges, only to be re-scheduled, and then not turning up. In the end, I had to re-book on their terrible website, only to be informed that I would have to wait another week (They rescheduled again anyway, and didn't turn up). I’d like to make this clear from the start that this review only pertains to the Burgess Hill depot. I have found the staff at their central office to be helpful. This branch on the other hand, well I’d give them zero stars if I could. I have used Biffa for 4-5 years in both Horsham and Sompting. In the last six months I have had to call up for 9 of the last 12 collections. Each time being promised it’s a one off and will be collected the next day. It never is though.
