One of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with. About 8 weeks in a row where my rubbish was not collected on one of my collection days - no answers as to why even after a long winded investigation. Asked to get out of the contract early as they had not kept their side of the contract and they basically made me wait 90 days (the contract length) whilst they investigated. Constantly had to chase them for answers rather than them call / email me. Literally wasted hours of my life on the phone / writing emails to them. ... read more
