Brighouse night driver has to be the laziest driver I have ever come across in waste management, can’t push a simple gate open to empty my bin, pure laziness.

Average company, drivers are lazy and won’t push a gate open to take the bin out, bin locks don’t work properly, takes about 25 min to speak to somebody from customer service, wouldn’t advise.

Most possibly the worst company i have ever dealt with…. Emptying the wrong bins, bins not being emptied, to useless staff members who have no idea what’s going on. AVOID If you ring up you’ll just be passed onto another person and they’ll just tell you the same lies as the staff before did Seems like none of the staff at the depot have no idea what’s going on, I’ve rang up 3 times now about a lockable bin, they came and changed my lockable bin for a non lockable bin, however they now tell me I’ll have a bin ready next week,... read more

I have been chasing Biffa for two weeks to get my bins emptied. They haven’t turned up for numerous reasons and they promised me that it would be emptied this morning (again). To call up and they have explained “the driver did not have enough time to empty your bin today”. It’s beyond a joke and it’s having a huge impact on my business.
