Horrible experience. Call them up in regards to a missed collection and just got told it would be collected the next collection date. They’ve now missed 4 collections so i’ve just cancelled the contract and decided to go with another company.
Pathetic service. They will charge hepty bills but service is very poor. It is easier to contact UK prime minister than biffa customer service.
Worse company ever i use ...never again .lie and lie .No time schedule, Rude . disgusting ....shame on you guys 👎👎
