Awful keep missing our bin collection! Awful service
We have used Biffa for around a year and without exaggeration I have to phone regarding missed collections almost every other week. They are a joke of a company and could not recommend them less. Currently on day on day 4 of waiting on a missed collection getting lifted with bags piling up outside the business. Needless to say time to give somewhere else the business.
They never answer the phone , tried all their four options , left emails and they do not seem to want any business .
