Absolutely dreadful service. Repeatedly missed collections, made excuses, or turned up at the wrong address. We gave notice to cancel, but even though we’ve already paid for the full month, they stopped service immediately. They haven’t collected our rubbish since last week, causing serious issues — pests, foul smells, and complaints from neighbours. This is now a genuine health and safety concern.
