The easiest car purchase I have ever had. My sales person worked with me and got to the price I wanted. The only issues were my car was a pre owned and was not prepped for me to pick it up. My car was given to me with dirty mats and had spray residue. I was shocked since this was a upscale luxury deslership.

I was nervous about even considering an Audi, but Pete Riel made me relax right away. He directed me to a beautiful A4, 2018 and I knew it was the car for me. I test drive it and loved it. Pete did a great job reviewing all the features in the car. The finance guy, Brian, was very cordial and professional and he too explained everything in great detail. I was not rushed at anytime. I would highly recommend Biener Audi to my friends and family.

Always good. Finally got my recall notice for the airbags in my A4. Just wish their service wasn't so darn expensive, and that they had more loaner Audi cars. Hate the rentals.

Everyone at Biener Audi, Is so friendly & knowledgable,makes you feel comfortable about bringing your car there for service. They tell you what they are going to do, and if your car needs any extra attention they notify you first before doing any work. Car is always ready when they say it will be. I've always had nothing but great service when I go to Biener Audi.
