Today I went to biener Audi in great neck for help with my apple CarPlay. I was greeted by a very RUDE blond receptionist and a just as rude salesman in his 40’s with black hair. They first asked if I bought the car there , when I said no in Florida they got nasty. They said it was my phone that should be checked. Honestly I don’t think they know much about their product. Sales wise its great. But service wise, the loaner car I got externally looks nice but interior is disgusting. There is stains everywhere, dirt, no vacuuming done, smells of weed and cigarettes. I wiped down the steering wheel and shifter with a chlorox wipe and it was brown. Cmon man, youre suppose to be AUDI.

I made an online appointment to replace my airbag due to a recall. I arrived at Biener, they checked me in and I was told it would take about 2 hours. After waiting 3 hours they told me they didn't have the parts, because I scheduled my appointment online. Very poor service.
Easy to work with. All staff feas friendly and helpful. Wonderful experience; plan to return again in the future.

Be honest, very disappointed by the way they treat customer after the purchase was done. I wouldn't recommend this dealer.
