I own an R8 and I came to trade my car for the 2017 first the attitude is just nasty I wouldn't suggest anyone to go to this dealership these are facts first and foremost they had a r8 I asked to see it they said its locked up lol so why say you have one in the first and waste people's time don't go there you will be disappointed for sure
Very disappointed. They day I was supposed to pick up my car I was told it was sold to someone else. They apologized and promised to find me something similar. Never heard from them again! Thank you Audi Huntington for coming to my rescue! I got the car I wanted!
HIGHLY dissatisfied with the service over the phone. The parts associate I dealt with was very rude, and the utmost UNHELPFUL associate out of any business, I've ever dealt with. That alone has detered me from ever doing business with this dealership again. 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
Having such service issues. I brought my car in for service. Own the car for 5 years. Purchased at Biener Audi .They called me Car is ready...went to pick it up....not ready...not fixed...left it there another two days...car is ready, come get it, not ready new part is broken....part now on back order....another 7-10 days... By the way, the estimate to repair is $3700. NOT a HAPPY CAMPER !!! Would love Mr. Biener to know about this!
After getting an oil change on 1/22 my oil light came on. Called service and was told dip stick in car doesn't really give a real reading. Brought in car this morning and found mechanics great but service Advisor rude and impatient. Last year was told I needed new rakes ASAP when I had 50% brake life left. Confidence is waning for sure.
