After getting an oil change on 1/22 my oil light came on. Called service and was told dip stick in car doesn't really give a real reading. Brought in car this morning and found mechanics great but service Advisor rude and impatient. Last year was told I needed new rakes ASAP when I had 50% brake life left. Confidence is waning for sure.

Went for my first service on my S3….Great staff …Great service…I'm happy...
Paying a toll and driving/purchasing out of state was a better option, even after 2 months of stopping in and trying to build a relationship with the dealership. Frustrating is the best word to describe dealing with them.
